This case study reflects on a 2019 project involving staff-student partnership that focussed improving the international student experience at an Australian university. The responded to need for students feel sense of belonging and connectedness university as buffer against challenges they face are part acculturation process undergone upon arrival. project’s main output was creation short videos destined three target audiences: students, domestic academics who teach students. objectives were build relationships between well minimise misunderstandings held by about studying this misconceptions provides innovative practical model collaborations in higher education.
